ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI PADA USAHA

PETERNAKAN LELE PAK JAY DI SUKABANGUN II PALEMBANG

Tujuan

Untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis Analisis Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Pada Usaha Peternakan Lele dan Sebagai bahan pertimbangan yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada kegiatan manajemen yang ada.

Sampel

Berupa laporan harga pokok produksi pada usaha lele Pak Jay.

Variabel

1. Variabel terikat (variabel dependen)

     Variabel terikat (variabel dependen) adalah suatu variabel yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel 

     bebasnya (variabel independen). Pada penelitian ini variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah Harga

     Pokok Produksi (HPP) pada usaha lele Pak Jay. Adapun rumus HPP adalah sebagai berikut :

HPP = BBB + BTK + BOP

2. Variabel bebas (variable independen)

Variabel bebas (variabel independen) adalah suatu variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel lainnya. Pada penelitian ini variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah Biaya Bahan Baku (BBB), Biaya Tenaga Kerja (BTK) dan Biaya Overhead Pabrik (BOP) pada usaha lele pak Jay.

a.)    BBB

Biaya ini meliputi harga pokok dari semua bahan yang secara praktis dapat didefinisikan sebagai produk selesai.

            b.)    BTK

            Biaya tenaga kerja meliputi seluruh biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk membayar upah karyawan  

            yang langsung terkait dengan proses produksi. Biaya tenaga kerja terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu 

            Biaya Tenaga Kerja Langsung (BTKL) dan Biaya Tenaga Kerja Tidak Langsung (BTKTL).

            c.)    BOP

           Biaya ini meliputi semua biaya produksi selain bahan baku dan biaya tenaga kerja langsung.

Teknik analisis

1. Akuntansi biaya yaitu, sebagai suatu bidang akuntansi yang mempelajari bagaimana cara mencatat, mengukur dan melaporkan tentang informasi baiaya yang digunakan.

2. Akuntansi manajemen yaitu, sebagai penyedian informasi bagi pengambilan keputusan.

Kesimpulan

1. Dalam penentuan harga pokok produksinya, perusahaan belum memasukkan beberapa biaya seperti biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead pabrik yang meliputi biaya penyusutan mesin, biaya lain-lain dan biaya tenaga kerja tidak langsung. Alasan perusahaan tidak memperhitungkan biayabiaya tersebut, karena perusahaan menganggap semua biaya tersebut merupakan biaya umum yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam kategori biaya produksi.

2. Dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi belum menunjukkan harga pokok produksi yang wajar karena harga pokok tersebut tidak dihitung berdasarkan penggolongan dan pengumpulan biaya yang dikeluarkan tetapi lebih mengacu pada pertimbangan manajemen.

Surprised Birthday

The last birthday was my unforgettable moment. It was on December 31^th 2014. My actual birthday on September 8th.  That was my 20^th birthday. In the morning, I helped mom prepare food for  New Year’s Eve. I invited my friends to celebrate New Year’s Eve at my home. But my friends had been planning something to me. 

The event was starting at 11 pm. But my friends did’t come. I was so sad to hear that. A half an hour later and something happened. They made a surprise too for me. I was so shocked. But i was happy. After that, they bring cake party to me. I couldn’t say anything.
